Pet Policy:

Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
You must fill out a profile on petscreening.com, and you will receive your fido score for your pet rent. Pets must be spayed or neutered. ESA and service animals are not charged pet rent but must still be approved.

Kensington and Lauriston apartments in Tacoma, WA welcome cats and dogs, with community guidelines to help support comfortable shared living. Our location offers a controlled access bark park, as well as access to nearby Tacoma parks and multi-use paths for leashed outings and fresh air.
